COVID-19 Update

As you will have heard over the last few days, the situation with COVID-19 has been changing daily, and it is important that we take all the measures necessary to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, customers, vendors and partners.

In line with the NZ Government’s recently announced Level 2 COVID-19 status, we have made the decision for all Citrus Consulting employees to work from home from Monday 23rd March until further notice.

We have been putting things in place over the last couple of weeks in preparation for this, and feel we are in a good place to carry on assisting your organisation remotely.

With the majority of our customers, they should probably notice no difference.

Until further notice, Citrus Consulting will not be participating in face to face meetings, but have plenty of options with Zoom, Skype, Teams, FaceTime or just a good old plain phone call.

Our main partners, NetApp, Veeam, Talon, Lenovo and Cisco will still have their support structures in place for both remote software support as well as parts replacements. We will keep you updated should anything change there.
